We moved to Indian
Lakes
in 2007. We were new to the area at the time but we felt right at home
upon stopping in at the model house. We were welcomed warmly and given
a tour of the available lots and the spec home which would become our
new home. Ed Moser and his staff were willing to make the upgrades and
changes we requested and were always willing to help us when we
contacted them. The neighborhood was very new when we arrived but we
enjoyed welcoming each new family. By the time we left in June 2010,
due to my husband's retirement, we had seen Indian
Lakes
become an active neighborhood filled with families with children of all
ages. The residents have started a book club, their young children play
together and the adults also enjoy many fun times together on a regular
basis. The location is convenient to shopping,
beautiful Bucks County, as well as accessible to the interstates and
turnpike. We would recommend Indian Lakes Farm Estates to anyone
looking for a place to call their new home.

My husband and I
spent several years searching for a
home
that would accommodate my husband's disabilities. Every builder we
spoke with
was unwilling to help us. Finally, we found Ed Moser of The Moser Group
at
Indian Lake Farm Estates. Ed and the rest of the Moser Group surprised
us with
their willingness to customize a home that would fit our needs. Not
only were
they extraordinarily receptive to our requests from start to finish,
the entire Moser
Group proactively anticipated our needs and came up with additional
ideas that
helped create a home for us that will accommodate our long term needs.
They were in constant contact with us throughout the entire design and
construction phase to help us stay on track. We have been in our home
for
almost three years and are extremely pleased with the quality of the

Having to move with the kids gave us the new vision, perspective and

time we drove around here we were excited to see the
